My Thoughts
I found these to be a very sturdy, crisp, large cracker. They have a pleasant and light taste.
I like that they are bigger than the crackers I am used to. You can make a snack with about 6, and you are satisfied.
Due to the fact that they are so crisp, they can be a messy cracker. I wouldn’t suggest using them for any fancy night of entertaining, as your guest might not like biting into them, and getting a huge mess on themselves.
They hold up well with moisture, so are ideal for jams, cream cheese spreads, peanut butter and other things you might like to put on top. It takes a decent amount of time before they start to soften in the centers.
I think the best part is the ingredients, they are like a good traditional English biscuit, but in cracker form.
Repurchase?
Yes! These really are great crackers, and hold up well to all the things I like to put on my snack crackers. I even tried baking them with some tomato and cheese, and they were fine. They really hold up well, and are so big, you can have lots of fun making your snacks.
