Edibles Review – Mamba – Fruit Chews

Brokedown Vanity - Edibles Review - Mamba - Fruit Chews

For our Bonus Post today, it will be a review on Mamba Fruit Chews.

I love candy that has the consistency of taffy, so when I see something that might be sort of like that, I want to try it out. I have always felt bad for the kids I knew growing up who couldn’t enjoy the true nature of  a good taffy, due to having braces. Taffy might taste as good just sitting on your tongue, but part of the pleasure is that feeling you get while chewing it with your teeth.

My Thoughts

While these are just a treat, they really aren’t meant to have much benefit to your daily nutritional intake.

For a candy, they are great! They have a very satisfying texture when chewing. If you have a dry mouth, they can really kick your mouth moisture up.

You get 18 chews per package, in 3 little prepackaged bundles, meaning that you only get 3 out of the 4 flavours on the pack. So each pack ends up a surprise, because you wont really know which are in there when purchasing. This could be a problem for some, if you only like a particular flavour.

They are really flavourful, and you have to sort of watch yourself, because it is really easy to just keep eating them. I normally have to keep them up high, and only get enough out for me and the kids, so that we don’t end up grabbing more. Before you know it, they would be all gone, haha.

Yes, I would. I enjoyed these. My kids liked them too. They aren’t so sticky they get stuck in your mouth anywhere, and the flavours are on par with their real counterparts, so it isn’t a super sweet or fake taste.

You get a decent amount of product for the price too.
