Edibles Review – Lipton – Blackberry Vanilla Tea

Brokedown Vanity - Edibles Review - Lipton - Blackberry Tea

I love tea, hot or cold, plain or with milk and sugar. I also love harder to find things, and blackberry anything isn’t very common. This tea is getting harder to find, I think they might be phasing it out, so I thought I’d post this before it actually gets canned all together.

My Thoughts

Due to the nature of this tea, and it being a more natural/herbally based, it is a different experience than a normal tea. Since there is actual fruit pieces, even though dried, they still have a certain amount of natural acid. This will cause any milk or creamer you add to curdle, even if fresh. I generally drink this with just honey as a sweetener, no milk/cream.

It is a stronger tasting tea, and when brewed, it turns a very lovely blushed colour. I like to drink this out of a white cup, so I can enjoy the look of it.

It smells lovely, and the unique teabag is fun to steep.

Depending on how strong you make it, it can make your back taste buds a bit numb.

Repurchase?

Yes, I have already actually. My sister likes this one too, so I normally send her half the box to enjoy as well. With it being Caffeine free, it is also safe for my eldest to drink, so he enjoys it every once in a while too.

‘Til the next post
