*** The product reviewed in this post was given to me for free, by rebate, by Shopper’s Army, a Company that sends out offers for different brands. I am not getting paid to do this post, nor am I obligated to post my opinions on my blog or social media, and my review is my honest opinion on the product. ***
My first item I chose that was offered by Shopper’s Army on behalf of L’Oreal, was this EverPure Blonde Shade Reviving Treatment. I chose it out of the lineup of L’Oreal Products, because I knew that even after dying my hair a bit lighter, to better match my natural blonde, after the deep red, I’d still need a bit more help.
I was hoping this would help even it out, and get everything blended with my roots a bit more.
I am going to talk about Shopper’s Army as a whole, in a later post, now that I have worked with them for a good number of months. I wont get into details on all that now, but I will give you a general gist, so you know sort of why I was offered this product.
Shopper’s Army has also recently changed how they do things, so I sort of had to learn the system twice.
What they basically do is put up an offer for a company. You answer some questions, and they match you with products from the line, These can be totally new to the store, not yet out, or an established product that has been out, but it a consumer favorite.
You pick your product, then have a certain amount of days to go pick it up, with your own cash. Sometimes, when something is new, or not yet instore, they will send you the product. But more often than not, you have to go pick it up with your own money.
This made me a little skeptical about the site at first, but I thought I’d try it out anyways, for science!
You go through a process of steps for your offer, and once all complete, you can get a rebate for your item, through PayPal, Cheque by Mail or by Amazon Credit.

I will just include the review I posted to Shopper’s Army, it has just about everything I want to say.
My Official Shopper’s Army Review Writeup
I recently purchased and tried the L’Oreal EverPure Color Reviving Treatment for Blondes. I have been a bit more aware of how the products I am using are manufactured, and it has been influencing how I purchase my beauty products. This line by L’Oreal EverPure Color Reviving Treatment isn’t tested on animals, nor are any ingredients derived from animals nor their by-products. It is also is 100% vegan, which was beneficial to me, as I have skin sensitivities to many things found in chemically formulated products.
I am having issues, like most people in their 30’s, with my hair changing colour, and getting duller and less vibrant. After two uses, I could really see the difference in my hair, much less brassy looking, especially near my temples and forehead. It also helped my natural highlights to pop more.
The only downside for me personally was the strength of the scent. I have an allergy to the general ingredient perfum, and this did set me off if I directly smelt it while applying it to my hair. Once on and rinsed out, the smell of my hair was fine, it was a much lighter then.
I would recommend this to anyone feeling like their hair was changing colour, and they didn’t know what to do about it. It worked for me, and just got better after second application. If you are someone who reacts to fragrances, this might not be the best option for you. Maybe smell test it before you buy it.
Yes, but not for myself. This bottle will last be a bit, and by the time I’d even need more, my dreadlocks will hopefully be in. That was the whole purpose of getting it anyway, was to even out my roots to ends, so that once I weave the dreads in, I would have a more uniform colour scheme. I do want to get this for my sister, I think she will really like it. She is 9 years older than me, so she is starting to have issues with her hair changing colour in a drastic way. I think this will really help pep it up, and it is really easy to maintain with this, as you can just use it again every few weeks.
Thanks to Shopper’s Army for pairing me up with L’Oreal it was a really nice product to try, and it really did what I needed it to.
