For our Post today, it will be a review on the Delectable Radiance Boosting Hair & Body Mist.
This has popped up a few times in the blog and social media now. It was in one of my first hauls ever on the blog. I also put it in my Beauty Product Favorites – April 2018 post. I’ve had it up on instagram, and I am fairly sure I made a random blurb about my enjoying it on Twitter.
I could have left it all at that, but I felt it could use a large place on the blog, before I truly shut up about it.
I found a Delectable Mist set at Shoppers Drug Mart, with 3 bottles included. It was on sale, so that is one of the things that drove me to getting it and trying it out. I had also just given my daughter all my old sprays that I no longer used, and sometimes you just need a spray or mist, instead of a full on perfume. It was time for something new.

I’ve been using this around the house, after swimming/working out, and on weekly errand trips. I find the scent stays in my hair all day, where as I do have to reapply through the day when I apply it on my body. It lasts a good 5 hours, which is good for a mist.
I use it on the swim days that I have all 3 of the kids, because those days there is never enough time for a full shower, not when I have one wee one running amok. This basically helps hide the chlorine smell in my hair, as I can never get it fully washed before we leave the resort we swim at.
These gift set bottles are the perfect size for carrying in your purse, or setting somewhere like on my desk.
I personally like that they are a canadian company, so I can support my fellow canucks in their effort of bringing more eco-friendly products to the world.
The only thing I could say I don’t like about these is the spray nozzle on the bottles. You really have to depress it to get the product out, so you can’t lightly mist in one spot, you basically have to shoot a big puff out and dance around in it. Sort of fun, but I’d like to be able to half spray myself, if I want. My other mist bottles allowed for this, not sure why this one was made so stiff.
The best thing is they don’t set off my scent allergies. I am allergic to most perfumes or anything in the fragrance family, product wise. That was why I got these to try, only due to them being on sale. I wouldn’t feel bad if they didn’t work. They do work though, and I have no skin irritation to them either.
Yes, I would like to try some of the regular line of mists. They seem to switch up the scents, which is common. I like the idea of the lemon & cream one. These preform really well for a mist, and don’t smell like alcohol like most tend to. They are also long lasting, but light, if that makes sense. Basically what I mean is I wont send myself, or others into sneezing fits, but you can still smell something nice.
P.S. – I picked up an extra pack of these recently, and have two that I will be giving away to you guys in a future giveaway. I just thought I’d let you all know =)
